Mr. Upendra Shah
Chairman & Managing Director
With 50 years of experience in rough diamonds, cut and polished diamonds, and gold jewelry, he is well-connected in the diamond market. He has represented MMTC in Russia since 1994 to procure rough diamonds and has extensive knowledge of market trends, designs, products, and customers, which contribute to strong business relations.
Mr. Ronish Shah
Executive Director
With 21 years of experience in the diamond and jewelry industry, he's a graduate from GIA (Gemological Institute of America), New York. He travels to Conakry, Antwerp, and Dubai for business expansion, emphasizing long-term relationships, innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in design, process, and technology.
Mr. Narayanbhai Kevadia
Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director
Mr. Narayanbhai Kevadia holds a bachelor's degree of Commerce. With more than 37 years' vast experience in Gems and Jewellery Industry, he has great exposure, knowledge and understanding of rough diamonds and polished diamonds.
Mr. Ashutosh Tiwari
Non-Executive, Independent Director
Mr. Ashutosh Tiwari holds a bachelor's degree of Arts, from the Allahabad University, Uttar Pradesh. With more than 25 years' vast experience in Gems and Jewellery Industry, he has great exposure, knowledge and understanding of manufacturing of jewellery and related activities.

Mr. Chintan Shah holds a bachelor's degree of Commerce, from the Bangalore University, Karnataka. With more than 25 years' vast experience in Gems and Jewellery Industry, he has great exposure, knowledge and understanding of polish procurement and related activities.
